I’m an independent software developer and IT consultant based in Zürich, Switzerland, originally from Catalonia. I build business software and native applications, with a focus on reliable systems and practical workflow automation.
My current work includes a client-funded construction platform with AI-assisted document processing, administrative tools, and employee portals. The platform is private and in active development. Its invoice workflow combines AI-assisted extraction with validation and human review, so people can check the source document before information becomes a business record.
Alongside this work, I’m building Ora, an independent native timer app with cross-device synchronization and smart alarm routing. Ora is in early testing. My projects page brings together this product work, client software, and open-source tools.
I hold a PhD from ETH Zürich’s Networked Systems Group, where I studied how programmable networks can detect and recover from failures. During my PhD, I created and maintained p4-utils and p4-learning, open-source tools and teaching materials for programmable networks. That work continues to shape how I approach software: clear failure modes, observable behavior, and people who can understand and control the system.
Before my PhD, I earned a Master’s in Electrical Engineering at ETH Zürich and a Bachelor’s in ICT Systems Engineering at UPC Barcelona. You can read more on my research page and in my CV.
